Many have misinterpreted this to just eating healthy foods, but we at dub understand this to be the following 3 simple steps:

 

Eat Healthy – With the fast paced lives we live, eating healthy can be more difficult but is much easier than we make it out to be. Not only the types of foods we eat but watching the portion sizes as well. Part of the challenge is to eat 3 good meals a day with 2 healthy snacks throughout the day.
